Your appointment are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, therefore, We request at least 24 hours for cancellation. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply Pearls of Wisdom will be asking for a credit card to have on file. A 25% cancellation fee for any NO SHOW or 25% cancellations less than 24 hours of the schedule appointment will be applied to your card. If you schedule an appointment by calling in less than 24 hours and you cancel your appointment or NO SHOW a cancellation fee will also apply.
